I installed this large rubber flap on a Kolpin 48-60" universal mount snow plow. This hard rubber strips has NO holes and it includes 11 x mounting bolts, flat washers and lock nuts. I clamped rubber strip in place at both ends using vise grips, drilled / installed the center bolt first. Then, spaced remaining little bolts/flat washers at 6" apart. Slowly securing 1 bolt at a time - working my way to the outer edges. All installed great. IMO: This rubber flap should be factory inclusion (with Kolpin 48-60 inch snow plow). I recommend to others.....

Polaris wanted $150+ for a snowplow deflector. So I ended purchasing this 72” Kolpin Rubber snow deflector. It came with all the necessary bolts/nuts. Works phenomenal. I paired it up with a 1 1/2” aluminum flat bar as a backer for support all in all I’m into for less than $50.

First time ever installing one of these. It was super easy! I did have to trim it down for my plow but I used a box cutter and maybe did 3 or 4 passes and it was done. It's not cheap thin rubber, it's reinforced so I feel like it will hold up for a long time. I will update this review if anything changes my opinion or if anything happens to it.

Got this and the snow went away. Good for scaring the snow away. Haha! Glad I got it to keep the snow out of my face. Just annoying to drill holes, but worth the purchase

Great Quality rubber. Twice as thick and a third of the price as my old flimsy Arctic Cat flap ! Will probably last five times a long.AND arrived within 24 hours. WELL RECOMMENDED!!

Very high quality rubber flap, solid with just enough give. No pre-drilled holes means it will work with any plow & only took 15mins to drill holes & install! Included hardware & washers are just right size to also look neat. Huge improvement in plowing, snow actually keeps rolling forward rather than just pushing dead weight. Allows you push deeper & heavier snow, also prevents snow from blowing into your face on windy days.I built an 8" side wing for my 60" plow (67" total) so this flap 72" long x 6" wide was more than enough for both blade & side wing. Just get one for your plow, you won't be sorry!

Good Item. Heavy Duty Rubber ... it should last for a long time. Had to cut end off to fit 52" blade length and had to drill 7 holes, 3/4" in along the edge. Very Easy. Used the hardware it came with, just needed 3 additional washers. Fits Great. Used it on a 2019 Suzuki 52" Plow Blade. Thought 38 bucks was a little high for a piece of rubber, but its good quality and a specialty item ... which are always priced high.

This was a very well priced item and is heavy duty rubber. I bought a 60 inch plow for my atv and wanted to add flap for the top of it and this was the best priced one I could find. Easy to cut to the right length. Doesn’t have any existing holes in it for the hardware but easy to drill through. I have had a chance to test it out yet but I have high hopes for it. I would’ve given it 5 stars but it was missing all the hardware to mount it to the plow. Other than that it is very robust

This thing transforms the snowplow. We had what meteorologists called the "Bomb Cyclone"...a massive low pressure and dump of about 12" or more of heavy, wet snow. With this and one side guard on the leading edge of the blade (angled) I pushed a pile of snow (downhill on pavement) the size of a top-freezer refrigerator, and this thing kept it on the blade, with none spilling over the top.My comment on installation is based on the simple fact that one must drill about 10 to 12 holes through the rubber and the top of the blade to install the bolts. One also needs something like a nut driver or pliers to push the bolts through the rubber. Finally, I recommend starting with one bolt at one end, then using vice grips to hold the rubber firmly in place while drilling holes and installing bolts...working from the end where the first bolt is installed. None of this is "hard," but it's a bit of a chore...and WELL WORTH IT.

Perfect! A nice, thick strip of a rubber composite. Will hold up better than rubber. For my purposes, should last for years. Can cut to length to fit your blade with a nice sharp box cutter. No holes in this one but easy to custom fit and drill holes to mount. Comes with bolts, nuts and washers. Found this to be sold for a reasonable price when compared to others and am pleased with the purchase.

VERY THICK AND STURDY...HOLES DID NOT MATCH UP TO MY PLOW BUT VERY EASY TO DRILL NEW HOLES WITHOUT AFFECTING PERFORMANCE OF PRODUCT. LOOKS GOOD, MAKES MY 50 " BLADE LOOK LIKE A BIG PLOW. EXCESS RUBBER WAS CUT OFF EASILY WITH SNIPS AND WILL USE EXTRA RUBBER ON MY IMPELLER BLADES ON MY TWO STAGE ARIENS SNOW BLOWER TO PREVENT CLOGGING OF CHUTE-SEE YOU TUBE VIDEO ON THIS PROCEDURE. TIRED OF SNOW IN THE FACE WHEN PLOWING WITH THE ATV.I HAVE A VEH. PLOW BUT THE ATV IS SOMETIMES MORE FUN AND GETS INTO THOSE TIGHT SPOTS .WILL UPDATE AS THE WINTER PROGRESSES.

I purchased this to be used with my 72" Cycle Country Plow that I use with my '14 RZR 800 S, and couldn't be happier with its performance. Its high quality rubber that is reinforced with what I think to be fabric to increase its durability similar to duct tape. It does an excellent job assisting the blade in rolling the snow, preventing spillovers, and depending on your speed stops the snow from flying back into your face. For the price I would strongly recommend purchasing this product for your plow whether your on an 4 Wheeler, Side by Side, or in the cab of a UTV this is sure to make plowing easier. The actual dimensions of the flap are (LxWxH) 72" x 6" x 1/4"There are 11 pre-drilled holes spaced every 7" starting 1" from the edge.So if you where to take your tape measure and start from the left (or right doesn't mater) there would be a hole at approximately 1", 8", 15", 22", 29", 36", 43", 50", 57", 64", and 71".If I had to complain about anything it would be the poor instructions. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how to drill a few holes but the instructions don't state exactly where to place the flap. I figured you'd mount it on the lip at the top of the plow blade but as the instructions didn't say I had to double checked with a quick google search and sure enough I was right.Pros- Keeps snow where you want it not where you dont- Easy to install- Comes with Nylon lock nuts- Durable- Universal on any blade 72" or underCons... None at this time for me, however if you use side markers you may need to drill/cut the rubber flap to accommodate them, see picturesEncase your curious or don't have a lot of tools at home this project requires;(1) 1/4" Metal drill bit & drill,(2) 7/16" wrenches 11mm should also work,(2) squeeze clamps or a friend to hold it in place, and a marker.Pro Tip:Get yourself a metal punch tool or heck a set of them as they become extremely handy when drilling into metal. Use the punch to make an indentation on the center of each of the marks you made for drill locations, The punch tool basically stops the drill bit from walking away from the mark. It creates a small indentation without warping the metal around it to create a low point for the drill bit. I can't express how many times I've my punch tools for drilling on metal, here is a cheap set you can order along with the flap if you don't already own some.I'd also suggest picking up a can of spray paint any brand will work as long as it has a rust-inhibitor and using it on/in/under the hole you just drilled to prevent rust.
