The windshield and roof seem to be great quality, but the plastic brackets that they send to attach them after a couple of hours of riding… so now we can’t use them until we figure out new brackets to use.

Installation was easy. The roof works, but is economical. With all components installed, you get very little wind flow.

Updated February 18th, 2020Took it for the first time this weekend. Oof, what a rattling headache of a mess. Had to shove some rags I had handy in the big sxs to stop the excessive noise coming from the roof on the roll bars. This week, I’ll be taking the roof off and trying some insulation (possibly stick on weather stripping) to stop or even reduce this excessive noise it created.I’ll have to get some Grab handles for the rollBars now, because as expected, there’s nowhere to grab the machine if pulling or pushing is involved.Initial impressions are that it’s “ok”. I installed it last night.- I loved that the windshields were still wrapped, therefore protected from scratches.- There was one nut that wasn’t a lock nut in the whole bag of hardware and of course it was the last one I needed. I had a lock washer so used that to keep it hopefully tight.- the p-clamps are plastic, so I was hesitant to tight them too much, however the instructions do specify a torque of like 4 ft/lbs or something silly.- once installed and after removing the protective film from both windshields, dust basically attracted to it. I used a soft microfiber to wipe it off.... unfortunately I saw scratches on the rear windshield after wiping. I then used some rainx on the front as a lube and obviously to give it some repellent. Front hasn’t scratched after two applications.- Last worry is I’m hoping it doesn’t rattle a lot. The front, while I tried having it as tight as possible on the hood, doesn’t form the hood 100%, therefore I’m afraid it might make some noise when bouncing around. The rear looks like it will definitely rattle on the bottom. I tried lifting it up so it wouldn’t even touch the bottom, but regardless, it will it the plastic/frame.- My wife and I sometimes do ride this when my son gets tired and it used to be easy to get in/out by grabbing the roll bars.... not as easy now that the windshield is on there and now that there’s a wider roof line, but really, it’s not a big deal.- Was able to still keep the side mirror on, since the windshield is thin and flexes enough.All in all, I got it as a great value from the warehouse deals and couldn’t have built it for that purchase, so very happy about that. Once I figure out where to mount the LED bars I had on the old plywood roof, I’ll go for a little rip to see my impressions.

The front windshield and roof fit well and were easy to install. The rear windshield did not fit as well. The pre drilled mounting holes did not match up to the frame/clamp locations and new holes had to be drilled.

The installation was super easy, and my kids were off and running around with their new toy. I think that this is a perfect, and much needed addition to the RZR, having these parts really make the machine look finished, and give your kids protection from dust and trail debris. For the cost of the product it really is something that I would consider a must have item for your new Polaris RZR.

I personally think for the price and fit that you can't go wrong with the Koplin 3 piece kit!!! Some reviews I read called it cheap made or kinda thin material. I think it is very adequate for the machine it's designed for. Really helps keep the COLD and MUD off the riders. We should get many years of use. Also it really makes the RZR look a heck of a lot better! 😀

I installed this roof/ windshield combo on a 2012 RZR 170. The packaging was great and protected the contents. The front and rear windshield both came with the protective covering still on them. The instructions are well written and all the hardware was secured and accounted for. The install was easy and fit perfect. My kids love the Lil RZR and the windshield and roof help keep the cold wind and mud off of them. This was the best deal on a roof windshield combo that I could find at the time. I would definitely recommend.

The front glass seems to fit on OK, the roof holes dont fit i had to re-drill new ones to make roof fit,( now i have extra holes that are exposed) then the rear glass did not fit i had to cut out 3 holes to make the rear basket fit, and the rear welded on to the frame flag mount! I would not recommend this item!

Honestly, I was afraid of getting a "discount" priced package for the RZR because my kids ride this thing a lot over rough terrain. I was afraid it wouldn't last a week. When I got the package and opened it up, I was stunned. The front and back windshields in the box are molded to fit the RZR. They are thick plexi-glass type material and were super easy to install. Me and my wife had these on in no time. They work great. The top is ok; maybe a little thin, but it serves its purpose well.The shipping was lightning fast and well packed. I really like and recommend this product!
