Plus, the stability of the board is increased with the addition of a full layer of fiberglass and epoxy resin.
Removable Fins
This board provides a variety of use with the inclusion of removable fins. These fins can be set up as a thruster (3 fins), twin (2 fins), or removed, changing it from a surf board to a body board. This allows the rider to experience two separate styles of surfing.

UPDATE: great customer service. Was called right away about the damaged board. New one sent out this time with bible wrap and a larger box. Much more secure than first time. UPS came and picked up damaged board at my house which was great. Only issue...new board has a long almost manufacturing Looking scratch all the way down the checkerboard side (its raised and very thin) and the KONA emblem on the new board is askew and not centered. Probably both from manufacturing. It’s better than the last board.Took my daughter and her best friend to test it out and they loved it!!! Both are a bit over 4ft. 60 lbs. they could stand up on it easily like a long board but it was easier for them to maneuver since it is so short. It’s awesome! They can even carry it up the beach. It’s wide and floaty. Works great as a body board too. I like that the fins are bendy. Very happy and more friends are interested in buying.Initial review:I am disappointed. The board arrived damaged. Gash in the underside that goes all the way through to foam core. Also the bottom has some large pressure dings. The box it came in did not look damaged so I feel it was sent that way. It was actually wrapped rather oddly with a few boxes taped together, but it seemed sturdy. However, Nose was also crushed and looked as though it was dragged On cement. It is for a birthday present so I am very disappointed. I told some friends I was ordering it and they were super stoked to see it so they could buy for their children. It would be better if there was return shipping, but there isn’t.
