First, you better have a door that’s wider than 59 inches because the delivery person is not going to uncrate to push it through the door. Secondly, the pans cannot be reconfigured to accommodate smaller serving pants and there are no available stainless steel pan dividers for hotel pans. This manufacturer did not use hotel pan measurements that are standard in the Restaurant industry. So buyer beware you’ll be stuck with just using four large pans which is not what I needed!!!
