The product came bent per manufacture, not by shipping company. They need to check products before mailing them. I returned this product and I had to pay for the shipping.

After reading several reviews, I went with this company because others had complained about damaged parts. Unfortunately when I received my condenser, it was bent. This was not from the shipping company but rather a defective part. I was able to make it work but not without some coercing. Disapointed that I spent more to avoid this!
