Made of great quality and very sharp. Has a nice weight to the base that adds great stability to the arrangement. The outer bottom and side has a rubber ring around it to prevent slipping or scratching your base. Does not rust like some overpriced cheaply made items (that are made in China). Made in Japan, which is a good thing since this is where the art form originated and they are experts in the art. I recommend this brand to anyone looking to get started in the art of flower arranging or to a master looking for a convenient way to buy these through Amazon Prime. You can't go wrong with these, spend a little extra and get something of quality that will last and will not rust! Very satisfied!
