The pump like most people say is worthless…it doesn’t fit the product whatsoever, so what the point? The intake nozzle on the inflatable bladder of the one I got was made wrong where the plastic inside was completely sealed so no air would have ever gone in even if the pump woulda fit. It also had a hole in the bladder itself, so even if I could have inflated it, it never would have held air. One of the most worthless products I’ve bought from Amazon in a while.

I love the size of this ottoman and that it’s light weight. Inflating it was next to impossible. Furnished pump was useless. There was no hole in tube for air to get through. Had to make my own hole which was extremely difficult due to thickness of plastic.

I’ve only had this ottoman for about a week, but it works fine. Considering other footrests cost about $100+, this was a great deal. The pump that it came with does not work at all, however. I tried using my bike pump, but that wouldn’t work either. So I just pumped it using my lungs and I had it fully inflated within 10 minutes or so. I did follow the advice of others and put the plastic part inside of the fabric before inflating it so that i didn’t struggle with inserting later. It has already deflated about 20-30% Id say. But it isn’t a big deal to blow into once a week to keep it inflated. I think it’s worth it and I’m going to purchase another one for the hubby. He was skeptical about it thinking it would be tough on his knees, but you can also turn it on its side (almost like a tire) and have your legs on it that way where they are slightly above your hips, and it’s super comfortable! But, it doesn’t hurt his knees when his feet are resting the normal way either. I definitely recommend this product.

This is a great product. The pump takes forever so I inflated it by mouth. Be sure to partially inflate them place in the cover then complete inflation. It was all very easy to do. This is a great product! Great for a footstool but my little dog jumped right up and made it hers! I plan to use it camping as it’s very compact and light weight. The fabric seems to be very durable.There were NO instructions or care information so I hope the cover is washable.Overall a great buy!

I found it difficult to inflate and had to get help from someone stronger. He had no trouble and it has stayed inflated. I use it outdoors on my patio for a footrest with a camping chair I can easily move to any location in my garden. It has served the purpose for which I purchased it and a reasonable price.

The pump doesn’t cut it but did it myself without passing out 😆 Perfect height, size, and it’s so lightweight! It’s perfect for my patio space.

I really wanted an ottoman but did not feel like spending a ton of money on a 'real one'. This was the best alternative that I could have found. It's sturdy, and the cover looks great! It did take some effort and a bit of time to pump it up with the provided pump (since I don't have an electric pump) but worth it. I've only had to pump it up once and it doesn't seem to have lost any air, or any significant amount of air. And honestly, even when I have my feet on it, I don't think you can really tell it's inflatable so it could be put in just about any living room!
