The shape is correct but most of the wholes are in the wrong spota and the screw clips are the wrong size for factory screws. I made it work but would not buy it again

Please read and consider this before buying, I’ll be brief to ensure it’s read. I’m sure a lot of people come across this item as it commonly breaks on these older mustangs. This item straight up does not fit, and it’s not even close. It’s 1-2 inches short on both ends, you cannot make this work. I don’t know if I got a bad one or if these other reviewers just got lucky or what but it is not worth the hassle. Go pull one from a parts yard

Don't expect mounting holes to line up perfect. Just drill out new holes and mount. Very good quality for the price and better than the stock fiber one.
