Hoses have the shrader valve in the end. Just what you need for small engines. Hard to find the 10mm hose with the shrader valve in the end. I used my gauge because the hose on the provided gauge is way too long for small engines.

Compression check on 2008 Matrix showed 26 psi on #1 cylinder and 36 psi on #2 cylinder. Way too low for 199 psi specs. I then tested a Honda Civic and got a 46 psi result with this tester. Lastly, I used my old compression tester on the same Honda Civic cylinder and got the normal 185 psi result. Pressure held well on new gauge but it is totally inaccurate. (Guage is inaccurate) I purchased in Dec of 22 and didn't use it until now and it's now out of warranty. Terrible waste of money. Moral is to test quality of product upon receipt.

The M10 adapter hose when doing a engine cylinder compression test blew out of its brass collar fitting. Either it was defective or poor quality. It would have been nice if I could at least got this one job finished before it failed. I know for the price you can't expect high quality, but it should last at least for eight cylinders. Can't recommend.
