I am disgusted with receiving a used 12" Kurt Adler Santa Clause tree topper. The box was destroyed, the beard was partially ripped off, what was attached was glued over his lips. I don't have time to wait again for a new one, as I have a great granddaughter coming in a few days from cross country. I had to disassemble the damned beard, scrape off the less than adequate product they used to adhere the beard to the ceramic head and then re-attach it correctly. I have purchased Adler products for years but never have I been so utterly disappointed.

Although shipping was quite slow and the tracking did not update, the Santa himself is lovely. The quality is good, the lights work and he looks beautiful on my tree.

It's very pretty & seems mad well. It's going to be my daughter's Christmas gift "2021". She loves the tree top santa that was on owr tree when she was little. The poor thing is over 40. I sure Hope's she likes Santa's new suit & his comb out🎄❣. I have to wait till Christmas 😕👍.
