These pads for the Transformer II boards also fit the first generation boards. The chrome between the old pads was beginning to bubble and would soon peel, so I bought these as opposed to paying several hundred for all new boards. It was like getting a floorboard facelift. The boards look like new again at a fraction of the cost, and I like the new appearance even better!- PaulProctor, MN
