I messed around with some cheaper options over the years, but destroyed all of them pretty quick, so I decided to spend some decent money on this product and am very happy with it. Heavyweight materials. I played soccer all of my life (striker/winger...40 years), and I can blast the ball into this rebounder from six or so feet, and it doesn’t fall over, which is saying something. I use this in combo with a 12 foot goal to enjoy some exercise in my yard and keep my skills up...as much as a 40 something year old can, anyway. I think it’s a great option for any teen to adult level player who is serious and doesn’t want to screw around with stuff that forces you to hold back.

Today my son turned 6. He loves soccer so I did a thorough research and, after reading tons of reviews of various products, reached deep in my pockets and bought the most expensive rebounder convinced that I will regret buying anything other than Kwik Goal product. I was also excited that the Kwik Goal AFR-1 would be delivered today, on his actual birthday. Perfect timing...The package came as scheduled, but in a shape that made me furious. I didn't even try to assemble due to imperfection of the product. All things considered I wonder if this was even a new item. The quality of the material used doesn't appear to be superior compared to an Agora rebounder which is half the price. Waiting for replacement.

Had the goal for three years and works very well. Frame of the goal is for heavy usage so no problem of sagging compared to other types of easy set up goals. Dimensions are fine because players can aim for different quarters of the goal for accuracy. Bungees get stretched a little however keeps its form very well so far. Bottom clip for the net is okay, easy fix go to hardware store and pick up a heavier gauge swivel clip. Using the heavier gauge clip you are able to stretch the goal on the bottoms out so that the ball does not pass through the bottom of the rebounder.

We have been using this 2-3 times a week all summer and it is holding up great. I can see where the net will eventually stretch past what the bungee cords will tighten and the frame will bend out for... but it is pretty much perfect for the money.

The Kwik Goal AFR-2 is holding up well after the first 2 weeks of owning it. Two boys 13,11 play with it almost daily. They are not easy on it and so far so good. Easy enough set up (wife and I set it up in less than 5 minutes). No tools needed to assemble. As far as Amazon goes, my order was lost in their system and the Xmas present soon became a January 15th present just because. Love Kwik Goal, not a fan of Amazon.Ed

If you have a kid older than 8 this rebounder is going to be too small. go for the AFR-1also buy extra bungees because they stretch out after a season.

I have a select U13 team and this answered a real need as our space had only tattered nets. I use it for direct shooting drills where the rebounder comes in handy, and then disconnect the side connectors and let it act as a goal. The construction is very durable and set up and take down can be done very quickly. You will need to buy the carrying bag for transport and that is yet another cost. Some reviews have noted a danger from the bungie connectors, but they have not been a problem. Overall, I am very pleased. My team has an excellent rebounder which is easy to set up and take down.

Delivery of the rebounders was good. The rebounders seem durable and well made. Instructions were well put together on how to assemble. The net does seem tight and needs to be stretched. It was difficult to get the net set the first time, but a little easier the second time. Still, the net was so tight at the bottom that the rebounder bows inward. Hopefully, this goes away once the net gets more stretched out.Update (8/27/12)After about 15-20 uses over about a year, here are some additional comments:- Net is still really tight. Stretching the bungee cords around is a little easier but still hard to the point that more than a few times, the bungee has slipped and shot out (like sling shot) while trying to secure it. This poses a real safety hazard since the bungee has the 1" plastic ball at one end.- The smaller components of the rebounder like the caribiner clip and rubber tip covers for the stubs that hold the net in place are not well thought out and easily lost or broken- Using a rebounder as a goal for scrimmages is okay if that's all that's available but it's not the best. I turned my pair into actual 14' goals by ordering nets from Fold-a-Goal. Too bad the nets are 21' wide but unfortunately, I could not locate 7'x7'x14' nets anywhere. If KwikGoal were to include a 7'x7'x14' net with the regular flat net, that is how they can keep market share since there are other more portable goals/rebounders available like Kickster, Bownet, and Golme.- Overall, the big advantage of this AFR-1 rebounder is durability due to the frame being metal. It is big and bulky compared to many of the tension-based alternatives on the market, but the crossbar has minimal sag and the frame can take solid hit after hit without getting destroyed.
