Item shipped was not like picture. Item received had no KYB identification sticker with the KYB part number. Worse was that it did not meet OEM specs in that it did not have the two pin at the bottom of the strut to aligh into the strut mount properly. I received confirmation that I could return the part but the return label had no pre-paid postage so I needed to pay return postage and no indication that return postage would be paid.

The shocks arrived as described. The KYB parts installed just as the factory parts and fit perfectly. The ride quality is just what I expected and made my car ride smoother and quieter. No more wheel wobble when I hit bumps on the highway.Love them!Remember to buy a 22mm strut socket tool so the top strut nut can be torqued to the correct tightness. Not possible without the strut socket, and this is very important for proper installation
