I installed them on my 1996 Jeep Cherokee XJ. I mostly drive in city and they ride great.

These are a quality Japanese product. Long lasting and deliver great performance. I prefer American products and have historically been a fan of the major American shock maker with the same name as a legendary Blonde silver screen goddess. (Some Like It Hot.) Unfortunately, the quality of the American product has dropped significantly in recent years. All of my vehicles will be receiving KYB in the future. Even if the American ones are replaced for free with their "lifetime warranty." Because the American ones simply do not last anymore. I don't perform shock replacements as a form of entertainment. Again, KYB is a very high quality and long lasting performer. Recommended!!

This does not fit a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The top fitting is as shown, not just a typical view. The top fitting should be a standard round bush, similar to the lower fitting. This item has a horizontal bush/bar as shown to allow two bolt fitting. Had some "fun" removing and replacing with alternative bushing in order to fit.
