I have used them on my wrangler for 2 years and they are already in worse shape than the 10 year old stock shocks. I have 2 cars, so this car doesn’t get many miles on it. Probably less than 2 k miles since installing the shocks. I don’t off road or do anything crazy in my Jeep. I put the same shocks on my 66 mustang and they seem fine for that car, but not for my Jeep.

Terrible shocks, even with all the needed information given I received the wrong shocks. To add insult to injury, the return window closed a few days ago. I would avoid these shocks. I would avoid these shocks and buy a higher quality shock. Quality isn’t expensive, it’s priceless!!!

These shocks are very good value in regards to the brand's reputation. I would have given a five star rating on these front shocks but due to the weak/flimsy upper bushings, washer plates and nuts I give it a four. Still a very good deal. Ride was like night and day (greatly improved). Despite the sub standard hardware kit I would still highly recommend these shocks. Oh, and they're made in Japan.

I installed these at the same time as the rear shock and did a tire rotation while I was at it. Now this set had a strap on it to keep them compressed. However, that proved useless as they just fit in the opening. So I had to remove the straps to get the rubber mount and washer on so that it could be inserted into the hole. It required me putting a jack on the bottom of the shock and pushing it up into place. This one was so much stouter the factory shock that had nothing left in it after only 25756 miles on them. Shame on you Chrysler for putting such car like crap on your WranglersUpdate, I had to downgrade these shocks because of a parts issue. At the bottom mount on these shocks there is a fat 1/4 inch of empty space, on each side, for the bottom to float back and forth in. I contacted the seller and they told me to reuse the old rubber parts, which you can't do, they are pressed into the knuckle and would be destroyed in the process. They called it an accessory.Update, I contacted KYB and they assured me that the bottom of the shock was captive onto the sleeve, so I needn't worry about the bottom of the shock drifting side to side. Thus I restore my highest rating to these shocks. So the seller didn't know what they were talking about.

Much improved ride over stock on my Jeep JKU Rubicon 2007. I was way overdue in replacing the stock shocks and the ride had gotten really rough! I put these on the front to test them out before I bought them for the back as well, but the ride is much better and I will be ordering the rear shocks that match these soon.
