I really like this style if L track tie down point. Its small, solid, and easy to put on and take off. It has held in all directions being pulled from with no signs it might fail.

The finish on these is definitely not as smooth as you see in the pictures used. They fit my L-Tracks fine sliding easily and the spring loaded locking tabs work well. There is also a small hole you can put a pin through to prevent the position locking tabs from being raised. The loop holes on these are not too big but a good size for latching the average hook or running nylon rope through. They will work well for me and I myself am not concerned about the actual finish however others might not appreciate the pictures used not being of the actual product.

The pictures show a smooth aircraft grade aluminum looking black tie downs which these certainly are not. These are clearly steel and though they will secure cargo fine the paint was already wearing off out of the box and they don’t look great.Easy to install and they should function and fit but it’s hard to trust a product when it’s so clearly misrepresented. I’m using these in a camper van so the supposed 5,000 lbs rating is not that important to me. I’ll admit it though they’re ugly and not what I expected.

This 6 pack of L track tie offs are made of steel and then zinc coated to prevent rust and then powder coated. The double stud design gives a rating over 1600 pounds each and a breaking limit of 5000 pounds. These work great.

There are lots of double lug L Track tie down studs out there. One of these was defective where the spring clip could not move far enough out of the way to install on any of our L Track, including flat bare aluminum. We have had success with other brands so for the lack of QC we do not recommend these.

I am pretty invested in the e-track and l-track ecosystems. These things are very heavy duty. I'd be more concerned about the track itself and how well it is attached than these tie down. No problem holding a motorcycle or ATV/UTV. A solid 5 stars from me.

Feels heavy duty and the spring is heavy. There is no chance of an accidental release. Good finish.100% recommended.
