I make about 16 balls of pizza dough for family parties. I was using individual glass storage containers. I decided it was time to up my game. These are perfect. The water flows out of them effortlessly after washing. I haven't used them for pizza yet, but I did proof sourdough donuts in one tray. It was great! So happy to find ones made in Italy.

I ordered these for making pizza dough for my family, and they’ve been a game-changer! We use masses of these commercially. Employees need training on lid attachment but they stack well and work in freezers. Very durable so far.
