How to Operate this Smoothie Blender?
Step 1
Plug the motor base into a nearby AC outlet (120V,60Hz) first. Then,fill the cup with ingredients up to the max fill line
Step 2
Place the blade assembly onto the bottle and twist it on tightly until you have a good seal
Step 3
Put the cup with assembled blade assembly onto the base,push down on the cup, it starts to work,release to stop. You can also lock it into the base to have hands free operation

It was a great blender for a few weeks. It then started leaking from the bottom seal and now only works sporadically. We are just outside of the return window so it now goes to the trash.

I DIDN'T LIKE WHEN I DID CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT MY BLENDER NOT WORKINGTHEY ONLY OFFER THAT I PURCHASE A NEW ONE WITH $10 OFF ???BUYING ANTHER ONE FORM THEM WOULD BE A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY..

This is a really powerful blender but it is really noisy. I have to cover my ears or leave the room when it is working. It is a step up from the lower model as it is more powerful mixing up smoothies.Update:This blender is garbage. The base started to break down leaving a brown film of dust over the base. I tried to get support from La Reveuse but received no contact back. I have since purchased a Vitamix - no comparison. It is worth the price.

The product worked reasonably well for the first three months. You had to be very careful not to overfill it or it would leak terribly into the blender. The grinding of the fruits were okay bu you really needed to cut them up into small pieces beforehand.Although I used it twice a day, I was very careful to never let it run for more than 45 seconds - I used a timer.It worked fine one morning and then in the afternoon it would not turn on. I tried different plugs and leaving it for a few hours but it would not turn on.I contacted the company support ..... TWICE. I did not even get the courtesy of a reply or any indication that they were interested in the issue.My warning to you is that if you do buy this blender ( which I do not recommend) and you have problems you will NOT get any support on the issue.Terribly disappointed and angry over their lack of support.

I purchased this back in January 2022, I’ve been using it every day for the last few months and had been so impressed with the blending power. We had a ninja but it was too time consuming to clean so we love how this is compact but so powerful. Unfortunately this blender stopped working recently but I was ready to buy a new one because it was that good. I considered reaching out to their customer service and seeing if they would replace it since I had only had it a few months. I sent an email and within a couple hours I had a response and they shipped a brand new blender to my house within 48 hours. So impressed with how well this was handled and I’m so happy I reached out. I recommend this blender to anyone looking for something that’s easy to clean, affordable and very powerful.

UPDATE: The great little blender is STILL going strong after almost 2 years! I had a small issue initially and their customer service was FANTASTIC - very responsive and resolved issue very quickly - they went above and beyond! ORIGNAL REVIEW: I have used Ninja and Magic Bullet smoothie blenders for many years, but after my 3rd Ninja quit working pretty quickly and the warranty was a hassle with charges involved, I decided to look at alternatives. On Prime Day I saw this blender on special and decided - why not try it? Glad I did. It's very basic (no bells and whistles like pulse, turbo - not even high/low) - in fact there isn't even an on/off button - once you lock it into the base, it starts. It works as well, if not better, than any of the Ninja and Magic Bullets that I have had through the years, and doesn't need all the extra features. The only unknown at this point is how long it will last. Since I use my smoothie blenders almost daily - I'm hoping to get at least a year out of it.

This is a nice size heavy duty blender...works awesome! I love that it stops when the shake is done blending...makes fruit or protein shakes very frothy...love it.... The only downfall is that after just a few weeks and not using it everyday the little clips on the glass that keeps it tight on the blender are already looking like one's gonna break :(

I was a little nervous once I saw there was no on/off button, and then the blades aren’t sharp, they’re squared, so I thought it was going to be another return that I probably won’t get around to making blah blah… I was and still at pleasantly surprised! I’ve used it almost every day now for about a month, and it’s really a good little piece of equipment.The cup is larger than what I’m used to, so I have to master not making such a humongous smoothie, but if that’s my biggest problem I’ll take it!It’s easy to clean, but just like anything else, only if you rinse off the blades immediately after using, then you’ll be good. It only becomes a problem if you let the top sit around with fruit or whatever it is you’re using, all over it, then it could become annoying to clean obviously.I like that it’s compact, so that if I don’t put it back in the cabinet right away it’s not taking up too much space in my tiny kitchen.I take a lot of my supplements in powder form, so I needed to get something that would be easy enough to use every day, and it had to be just right. I use frozen fruit and juice or milk, blend it up for about a minute or less and I’m good to go. Never leaves big chunks at all. Not once.I got this one used, refurbished actually, so it was even more reason to be hesitant, but again, I was pleasantly surprised.

This is a powerful device. The cup is huge.But, there are two caveats:1. The rubber seal in the blade lid is very difficult to pull out. You have leverage a knife and be very careful. If you don't clean the seal and lid diligently, it will start to smell soon. This is just kind of a poor design.2. If you do not screw the lid extremely tight, fluid might spill out while blending. Especially if the cup is pretty filled up. This is extremely annoying. I usually blend briefly, take it off again, tighten the lid, place it back, blend again briefly, may take it off a second time to check the lid...Summary:It's not perfect, but once you adapted your workflow to the peculiarities of this design you can live with it. Also, apart from the issue with the rubber seal, pretty decent to clean otherwise. So, not too bad for the given price tag.

My husband makes a smoothie every morning for breakfast. He adds kale or spinach, berries, protein powder, chia seeds, flax seeds, peanut butter, and other things. We had a Ninja bullet that is 1000 w that sounded like it was on its last leg and wasn’t blending as well any more. Not keen on spending a bunch on another single serving blender, I saw this one for much less and asked him to give it a shot. The box for both the 1000W and 600W are the same, just marked differently so I was nervous when I got it it we got the right one - the 1000W. The single serving container is large - 24 oz and that’s perfect for him. It comes with a closed lid, which we will never use, and a lid to drink from. The blender is quieter than the Ninja which is easier on our little kids’ ears. He says it doesn’t seem as powerful as the Ninja as he has to push down on it a little longer to blend, but they are both 1000W and it blends up his kale just fine. He runs a blend of soap and water on it when he’s done to clean it out and hopefully it lasts a while. I like that it’s small and doesn’t take up much counter space. With only a couple weeks use, the MAX line is almost rubbed off. Not a huge deal but could cause overfilling later in its life. It also leaks a bit when running - probably from the pressure and my husband doesn’t mind but that would bug me if I made smoothies every day. The blades are interesting - there are 2 sharper ones on the bottom and 4 duller ones on top. I was concerned about it not being able to cut up kale but it does it’s job and is likely to protect fingers when cleaning it. Super great buy for the price compared to any others similar.Edit: our first one completely died after 2 months. Just stopped working. I contacted the company via Amazon and they sent us a new one. This one doesn’t leak which is great so I have hopes that it will last longer.
