Excellent product. I needed it to lift couches to place non-skid pads underneath legs. Easy to use and worked perfectly. Nicely packaged. Quick delivery.

The jacks are for what exactly ? Light objects ? I tried to lift the corner of a file cabinet , slipped and didn’t do anything .. tried a dresser , bent the entire device. Obviously I need a JACK not a letter opener !!

My fence gate was hanging a little lower than when new and it was making it a chore to open. These little jacks made it a five minute job for one old man to raise his gate up a little and retightening all gate hardware. The gate opens easily. Far better than having a grandkid struggle to lift while you retighten. For the price this type of tool that you will reuse and should be in your tools. They are as advertised-Labor Saving.

This is a very good product. I work alone a lot and having helping hands are always welcome. This product is well crafted and tough. The lifting mechanism and the release mechanism work flawlessly. The provided foam handle grips make lifting even easier. The one fault that I found (hence the 4 star rating) is that the screws which attach the lift to the base plate have some small burrs. The burrs aren’t much but they are enough to make some small scratches on a wood floor. This can be easily overcome by placing something under the lift. My suggestion to the manufacturer is to use countersink holes or place a padding on the base plate.

The base is sturdy with a rubber pad. I will buy this again if I need more.

I don't know how these compare to similar ones, but these don't lift anything. I tried to lift a 100 lb box & they wouldn't budge. Still waiting to find a practical use for them.***AMENDED*** The company read my review & processed a full refund & did not ask me to return them. They said that the devices require a grip strength of 30-40 lbs & it is very possible that I am just not getting the results, due to my limited grip strength from severe arthritis. - This is very possible. They may work better for others. Their customer service went above & beyond to make it right & I recommend this company.

I do like this product because it does help me a lot when I DIY the walls inside my basement. It is heavy enough to keep the shea wall steady before I nail it. It holds well on the half inch shea wall and the wood boards that I don’t need the second hands. After I nailed it, all I need to do was pressing the handle on the back then it released right away. I will recommend it for the person who is doing DIY at home often. My husband used it to rotate my tires easily without my help earlier. Since everything goes up since the pandemic, I believe it would be a great help for finish my basement on my own.

These are nicely made but not at all up to the 600 lbs. (for two) lifting capacity as claimed. I would not push them beyond 150 lbs. per lifter (300 lbs. for the pair), and even then you will likely see them bend at the obvious weak points. The vertical column is merely tack welded to the base plate assembly, and my units bent badly at that joint during the first attempt to use them. Fortunately, because I have a machine shop, I was able to make a more substantial base plate assembly. If you have a milling machine and a welder, you can make these into pretty decent lifters. Otherwise, think of them as light duty tools (nice for leveling a door or something of that sort). They have fantastic packaging. Maybe less emphasis on the packaging and more attention to basic engineering principles would pay off.

I don't understand the negative reviews which almost made me not buy these. I used these to lift a commercial refridgerator, that was in the back of a food truck in a very tight space , straight up in order to install castors. Looking at them I had my doubts but they worked great, no struggle at all. Only thing I'd add is if you're planning to lift something large/unbalanced such as a fridge you'll need a second pair of hands to keep it from tipping over as the surface area on these is rather small. That or a 2nd pair of these, using 4 would probably work. Highly recommend if you have a need for them.
