Install these and had misfires in engine the lifters are bigger then the stock ones and keep valves from closing

Couldn't use parts for that reason. Was sick and unable to have work done on truck until after return date passed. Not dieing was more important.

These appear to be close to the actual 3L3Z-6564 -A rocker arms with the revised oil squinter. I haven't installed them as of yet, however, they passed my visual test and a few swipes of a file. I believe that I can trust them.
