I have built many engine's. More than I can count and these lasted about 2 days . As u can see they absolutely self instructed. As for the other review about wrong seals. Yes they r different and they have to be to run dual spring's. And everything fit great and clearance was good also no valve bind.Just cheap chrome plated Taiwaninese trash

I have less than 1 hour of idle time on these springs in a fully rebuilt engine with a stock cam. First the valve seals were the wrong ones that came with the kit and they wanted to argue about that and then finally sent a refund for the cost that I had to pay for the right ones, finally get it all together and get it started and doing initial tuning. Thankfully that didn't involve taking it up past 3000 rpm. Then the running conditions sitting at idle started to sound like a misfire and died. Checked fuel pressure, pulled spark plug and then my buddy said to check my rocker arms and make sure they didn't come loose. Pulled off the valve cover and find shattered pieces of the outer springs. 4 on one head 3 on the other. The only thing I'm PRAYING for is that the inner valve springs aKeep the valves up and since I wasn't driving I'm hoping that there was no piston to valve connection. DO NOT BUY THESE CHEAP JUNK. think of it this way, they are a $130 cheaper than Brian Crowley(known great brand) and you will not be replacing valves, heads, pistons, rods or get a hone job done for that cheap, all of which can be possible damage parts from your springs breaking while running. The head gasket alone are about $80 for good ones. Learn from my mistakes and stay far away from this company ESPECIALLY these cheap springs

I like the fact that I can buy a set of double springs on a budget and get the same results like the higher end ones.bubget friendly
