All of these glow plugs show 0 ohms. Your controller reads that as a bad plug, and will not power it. These are worthless.

These glow plugs are absolute junk. After installing all 8 the glow plug relay wouldn't even stay clicked on. Save your time and money and buy the actual ford glow plugs
