I don't see enough of my grand daughter, so when the Ladybug Kids Scooter Suitcase came across my data feed, I thought this would be a great way to encourage my daughter to send my 3 year old grand daughter down to see me more often. I scooped it up, intending for it to be a gift to my grand daughter. My impressions:- This is great! there is more than enough room for a typical little girl (or boy, no judgement) to fill with items for a night or a week. Not recommended for adults, though; there isn't *that* much room.- When not engaged as a scooter, the product acts like a typical wheeled suitcase. My grand daughter looks so cute dragging the suitcase behind her!- The real magic is when the scooter extension is engaged. Then the suitcase becomes a toy to entertain the child for hours on end, especially when waiting at airports for flights to board. It's even more useful when the flight has been delayed.- The one issue with this scooter-case is that the scooter extension is VERY DIFFICULT to engage. It takes real force to pull it down and push it up. This makes me concerned about the longevity of the case; something bound that tightly is likely to break or bend with repeated movement.Although there hasn't yet been an opportunity to travel with the case, my grand daughter has taken to riding the suitcase around the house. It's currently her favorite toy, and my daughter reports that her younger son is impatiently waiting for his to arrive. I may single-handedly support this vendor, and that's not a bad thing. This scooter-case is recommended.

I was searching for a birthday gift for my niece who will be turning 4 years old later this summer. After finding a few different contenders, the one that caught my attention was this one "Ladybug" rolling suitcase SCOOTER made by the ROLLAROO store. Based on the visual design, product specifics this appeared to be something that I thought she would really love. I ordered this and now that I have this home and have inspected the contents, I do find that this is a high-quality roller suitcase. The concept of having the rolling suitcase in the front where the kiddos can put toys inside the case and use the scooter to actually ride there. Neat concept.*Special features to consider:Folding Kids luggage with Scooter feature-Zippers/Locks-Wheels-Weight capacity: 110 lbs.-Variety: Ladybug OR an OWL are your choices-Rear-brake-Good safety features that work-Age recommendation by the manufacturer: 4-8 yrs. old-Dimensions for your reference: 11.41 x 12.59 x 20.47"All in all, I do find that the engineer of this rolling suitcase/scooter has done a fantastic job of creating a highly innovative product that has brought delight to my niece. Although she isn't traveling to friends yet, this is a fun thing for her to use around our place and at the Grandparents house. Therefore, based on a positive experience- I would recommend this to other consumers. Thanks for your time reading my review. I hope it was informative and helpful. :)

This product almost certainly is defective in design, but they are now selling it as a 'feature'. The problem is pushing the handle down. To do so you must not only depress the button the handle but also push in not one but two sprung pins on the handle as you push it down. I was sure there was an issue so reached out to the manufacturer and provided video. They returned and claimed 'by design' as a safety to make sure the handle does not go down while in use. Of course this makes no sense, the pins are not designed in any way to be actuated by a user. The included instructions which cover everything somehow 'forgot' that part of putting the handle down. Finally, if it was 'by design' then why have to push the handle down half way and then have to push a button again.Short of this the scooter works decently. I wouldn't say its overly steerable but my little one likes it. The design is fun. Still how many times do you put your suitcase handle up and down? Are you looking for a finger pinching pain every time you have to do that on your child's suitcase? I for one am not looking for something that makes my travel harder.

This scooter luggage is absolutely adorable. The kids fight over it.It travels really easy, and folds / opens without any trouble. The wheels are strong and durable, and they glide smoothly over various surfaces. The zipper feels strong, and it functions flawlessly. The size, I’d say, is much like an overnight or small carry-on. Obviously depends how much you pack, and what you consider overnight. But it is quite small. Maybe a better comparison would be a large backpack. It looks more spacious than it actually is, since the back wall is indented to allow space for the folded scooter. This has been really helpful when traveling, easing the load of the adults, and getting the kids to follow along at adult pace.

This is the cutest suitcase ever. My four year old daughter felt like a star at the airport and got so many compliments. I had to take of one start because closing and opening the scooter part is a bit difficult. It showed up with a plastic film protector that you’re supposed to peel off I guess.
