PARTS AND FINISHES WERE QUALITY WITH ALL PARTS MATCHING PERFECTLY. ASSEMBLY DIRECTIONS WERE PRECISE AND CLEAR. EXTRA FASTENERS WERE PROVIDE BUT NOT NEEDED. IT DOES TAKE TWO PEOPLE TO ASSEMBLE AND A RUBBER HAMMER WAS FOUND TO BE USEFULL IN ASSURING ALL PARTS WERE MATED TIGHTLY. ON THE QUEEN SYSTEM WE FOUND THAT THE MANUFACTURER PROVIDED 2 LEGS (PART 12) AND 2 SCREWS TO SUPPORT THE BACK BED SECTION BUT PART 12 DID NOT SHOW UP ON THE BED'S PARTS NOR THE INSTRUCTIONS. AS THE PARTS SIZE AND ONLY ONE SET OF UNFILLED HOLES REMAINED ON THE BED IT WAS EASY TO ESTABLISH HOW/WHERE TO INSTALL THE LEGS. MATTRESS WILL ARRIVE NEXT WEEK.

The futon is well made but hard to assemble. Opening it to use as a bed takes two adults and even more difficult to put back upright

Bought this for a flat's sitting room. The mattress is the best that I've experienced. Lots of spring. Comfy to sit on, haven't slept on it (yet!). The storage drawers are perfect for storing video games, blankets, etc.Didn't take too long to put together, but I received the wrong P4s (drawer bottoms). The seller contacted the mfg and replacements were sent right away.

Beautiful and comfortable. While the instructions are clear, this will take 3-4 hours to assemble and you do need two people. A piece was cracked and seller sent a replacement piece immediately. Very satisfied.

Wood frame is actual wood and not composite. of course this makes it quite heavy, comparatively speaking. All pieces organized and predrilled with amazing precision making it one of the easiest unassembled pieces of furniture I have ever put together, and I've put together at least 30 pieces of both indoor and outdoor furniture and storage items over the past 25+ years. As a 67yo female, I put this piece together by myself. The hardest part was getting the seemingly "10 ton" mattress into the room and on the frame. The only negative thing I have to say is that it is quite difficult to raise the back from bed to sofa position. I have not attempted to assemble the drawers yet, so I am hoping they will be the same quality. This is day 2 of having this furniture. If my opinion changes over time, I will amend the review for accuracy of opinion.

Beautiful and high quality. I went with the leather and it is a nice rich color. Drawers slide well and are a nice addition to store linens for the futon. Comfortable to sit on. Did take some time to put together but not difficult. All parts and instructions were included.

I didn't get the one with drawers like I ordered so I'll only give 2 stars since they messed up. And I can't even contact the company till Monday so I'm annoyed.I just finished building this and putting it together isn't too hard so long as you have 2 people. The mattress is comfortable so it doesn't need a topper or anything like that.**UPDATE** Drawers are coming so I am increasing this to 4stars.the one thing I will say is the screw caps are wooden, which would normally be nice all making and whatnot, however they pop off pretty easily and if you were to glue them you wont be able to take it apart or tighten any screws if need be.
