These are super cute. There are 2 drainage holes on the bottom. Perfect for planting herbs in. The handles come with it. They provide screws and nuts for attachment. There are additional holes on the handles, if you want to screw the basket to where you hang them

I feel silly taking a star off for the lack of instructions for something that seems so simple. The only reason I have taken off a star is because really there seems to be a better way than the pictures. If you apply the hooks as demonstrated in the pictures, they do not lay flat on the planter. The pictures show the hooks attached to the outside of the planters. It makes much more sense to place them on the flat inside. This will provide more stability to the planter. Without correct instructions and following the pictures only to find out you have to undo all of the tiny little screws is frustrating.I actually am not using these as planters. I have cut pieces of card stock to fit in the bottom of each of the pails. Then, I have hung them on the metal shelving in my craft room. Perfect for crafting supplies. They are bright, fun and well made. These containers are extremely versatile.

I purchased recently a 12 Inch and I was a little disappointed. So I thought maybe it was just bad luck. Ordered this set and I should known better.Yes they are cute, yes they are colorful. But as I said last time the quality is on a different level.This planter box is even smaller as my previous set do to design. The hangers have to be installed but the holes do not properly align and the screws don't match the holes, at least this time the nut bolts have a threadAs I said last time I still give the set a 3 Star for being nice, colorful, cute and with some imagination you can make them useful

The cutest set!!! Love the color patterns on my patio. I was concerned about plant survival and they are all thriving! No draining but it works perfectly!!!

We don't have anywhere to hang pots like this, so I intend to set them along the steps on the front porch. I dig polka dots, so these are right up my alley. These are small enough to use if you have limited space, and you can even use them on a table or windowsill. The cute polka dot design may be more interesting than the plants inside of these!! You can also use these for office storage - put a few cups into them to use as pen holders.
