I ordered this expecting to get a nice secondary option for airsoft games, so I was pretty disappointed when this piece of trash came. The hop up is fixed so high the bbs almost come back to me when I shoot it, and there is no possible way to adjust it. And when I tried to return it I kept getting directed to this gosh darn troubleshooting place with no way to get a refund. I'm outraged that I was sold such a garbage product, and then was not allowed to even get my money back. I hope people realize that lancer tactical sucks and it goes out of business
