We bought this gun in March. It was awesome. By April the battery won’t charge , we hope that’s the issue. Do not buy until they figure this out. Ruined some big airsoft events we had planned. Very disappointing

Awesome rifle. Solid, sleek, easy to program and shoots like a beast. Not worried about anything going wrong with it because it comes with the Lancer Tactical one year warranty.

I was rather impressed with this AEG when I first used it. However 55 days into usage, the grip/motor now become so hot that I cannot hold it when shooting around 300 rounds per match. The trigger only cycles perhaps 1 out of every 3 pulls and there are now pieces of plastic falling off the lower on the non-selector switch side. See photos. I have sent emails to Lancer Tactical about warranty issues and have yet to receive a response, hopefully Airsoft Mega Store can help with this issue? For the record, I am 50 years old playing with my teenage kids. I have not abused or mistreated this product in anyway, yet it seems to be falling apart from being used in 3 matches.

Some parts were a little loose and make noise but other than that it was mostly fine. Except the battery component. Still haven’t managed to open it after brutal force with hands screwdrivers everything. The two little buttons won’t budge but luckily it didn’t come with a battery so I don’t need to open it now.
