I didn't realize this was only 2" but that was my fault, I needed a little taller but because of the 2" it is very sturdy and I might just stick with it for durability.Because it comes rolled like in the picture and is very thick and durable, I'm not sure how you'd ever straighten it out. Luckily I'm using it to wrap around trees and it makes a nice circle without creasing/bending. Stakes are easy to get into ground.

This edging is easy to work with (once you let it uncurl in the sun), but that's likely because it's thinner -- in both dimensions -- than other edging I've used. It's not quite 2 inches wide, whereas my other edging IS exactly 2 inches, and it's thinner. I can't say I mind, since 2-inch edging stands up pretty well on its own anyway, and I'm using it for a curved border, which gives it additional stability. If you're using it to make a long straight line exposed to foot traffic, though, you might want to spend more, but for most uses this is perfectly fine. The stakes are exactly the same as other brands', and yes, you can actually hammer plastic stakes into the ground! I was dubious at first, but they're quite rigid.

fairly easily installed. I did not figure out how to keep it perfectly straight to the planting bed edge and at a [perfectly even height. Still it makes the planting bed look neater.
