This is a great safe with quality construction for the money. It is very competitively priced. It came packed very well and was not damaged. It is quite heavy and is made of thick heavy gauge steel. The biometric finger print reader works great, was easy to program, and hasn’t had any failed readings yet. The safe is a good size for one long gun and a pistol which is all I needed for home defense. The safe was relatively easy to install if you are handy. If not then factor in the cost of having someone install it for you. Definitely would buy again.

The manual provided was not really clear and the expanding bolts provided were not useful for installing on an interior wall. No problem, I bought a few lag bolts at home depot. The manual for programming the code and fingerprints was not a clear as it could be but we figured it out. It is a nice size and seems like a nice product.

Well made. It's a wall safe so it's a bit small but very strong. The Velcro straps are a nice extra. Lock is easy to work and smooth. Written directions are not great but the online video fixes that.

I reset it (which did erase the number codes I'd set) and it still accepts any finger to open the safe. ZERO safety. I tried to be a team player and called the number (NOT on a holiday) for the seller.... no answer and voicemail full.

The placement of the product is fairly straightforward. Well engineered and has 3 ways to access the contents. Sturdy.

I did not need a full sized safe at my beach house so I researched in wall safes and this one seemed to be the way to go.It was easily installed by a handyman and pretty much anyone can do it themselves if they can cut drywall.It is much sturdier than expected at this price point.I am not super tech savvy, but I figured out how to get my thumbprint to work (trigger finger did not).Unlike one of my other finger print safes, this one works every time and is very intuitive.I will likely buy another one for another house as I like that it is hidden and super easy to use, as if it is 2 am and someone is kicking in my door I don't want to rely on a system that does not always work.
