Good quality with all four modular cable wires passed through (you do know that "R"J-11 no longer exists, it's really UJ-11 since 1984, right?). I needed to splice in with a Dracon adapter and a little butt-set on several legacy type phone lines in a commercial building and these made it easy.

I needed a bunch of these to extend an analog phone line from behind headboards in a hotel, I had to extend out about 2 feet to allow bedside phones to be able to be plugged in, so I needed a coupler. I have purchased others in many past years and some are so cheeply made, I would go to plug in 1 side of the cable and the coupler would split in half where the housing connects together, hardly any pressure. These did not, they feel strong and not cheeply made. Only 5 stars for equipment that does what is needed and what I would, and will, buy again on my next projects.
