I've experimented with multiple different chill mats and fans for my Alienware laptops and nothing really worked effectively or was just plain too noisy. I got a set of these for my Alienware X14 on a whim because it's so thin and light it always runs north of 90celsius whenever I run a newer game on it, and that's with the fans on full blast (sounds like a hair dryer once they spool up).Once I got these, I setup a game and got everything going, and then set these lifts up. The temp dropped 10 degrees almost instantly, and eventually settled down at about 72 celsius. So these on their own made a huge difference. I also like the angle it places the keyboard and the lift it provides for the monitor. The X14 is so thin and small that my wrists always suffer a bit when I'm using it on a flat surface but with these typing comfort is better and I don't feel like I'm having to hunch over the screen anymore.I liked them so much I ordered a set for my older Alienware Area 51m R2 at home, and they delivered the same overall effect on a larger and heavier laptop, but not quite as dramatic a change. For a 17" laptop it generally did ok with the fans on full blast, but with these in place I didn't need to run the fans at full blast and again, the typing and viewing angle made a different in comfort and ease of use.Super happy with these, highly recommend them because they're easy to just throw in a bag or sleeve with some storage. Several of my peers have bought a set as well and experienced good things with them.

Compact, light, and extremely useful. My computer is always overheating and I do not like packing my computer fan stand when I travel since it is so bulky. This gadget solves all my problems, highly recommend it.

These little bumps are great to keep my laptop off of the lap board surface enough in back to avoid excessive heat from the computer and through the board. With that said, my particular lap desk has a wrist rest along the bottom which keeps the laptop from sliding off the bumps. There is not enough resistance from the surface material of the bump to keep the laptop from sliding forward off the bumps without the wrist rest built into my lap board.The pair I received have a mild magnetic attraction to the other. The attraction is super mild. That is not a drawback for my use case since I am not likely to transport the bumps away from home.

These "dots" prop up my laptop perfectly to allow air to flow and help prevent overheating. No moving parts, no power needed so no noise. The only thing is it allows the laptop to slide when I open it but it's really no big deal - I could even attach some sticky dots to prevent that.

I am very happy with this product. ☺️ For years, I've been buying electronic cooling pads for my laptops. In another review, someone mentioned they don't miss the fan sounds most electronic cooling pads make, I agree! When using this product, it's an effective way to prop your laptop to get the most air circulation that prevents it from overheating quickly. So simple and easy to pack. I gave it an overall 4 stars because the metal ring around one of the stands came off, but it was easy to slide back on, overall, it's a very useful product, I haven't moved back to my noisy cooling pad since.

I have an Alienware Area 52M laptop, and my biggest problem with traveling with it is that it runs hot when playing games. It's a powerful machine in a relatively small case, so it needs a lot of air.It's also very loud when it gets going.I didn't want to get something that was going to add more noise, so cooling fans were out. That's when I found these little joys.They're perfect for what I need them for - they prop up the back of the laptop so the air can flow under it properly and actually cool things off. The bonus is they actually put the keyboard in a more comfortable position for my hands as well - and storing them for travel is super easy because the magnets hold onto each other and it's just a small silicone little egg to carry around.It definitely helps that they're a lovely color as well!

It's tough typing on my Dell XPS when the keyboard is perfectly flat. I'm afraid my watch is going scratch up the carbon fiber, so I prefer it to be tilted up. Plus I can see the keys better with the angle. I've tried the adhesive laptop legs, but it's hard to find a spot that doesn't block the fans. With these little round stands I don't have to find a flat spot or stick anything to the laptop and they give me a good angle for typing.My only complaints are that the green color is a lot darker than in the pictures (but still looks nice), and the magnets that keep them together aren't very strong.
