This works well. Just know that you will need tow for a large mirror.

I have a huge, old mirror from a relative's trailer from decades ago. Wanting to refresh it and get it up off of the floor, I put u-channel trim around the edged and ordered two of these stands. Both of them got painted black because the already black options were more expensive. Included a before & after. It looks a lot better now and is easier to move around.
