Great product. Used it many times over the last year. The flat blade stops meat from slipping and spinning, sturdy handles, washes well w steel wool.

The stainless-steel seems to be of good quality.. the length is great too. i think they're towide and thin which makes them flimsy.. not very solid so they easily bend. . Most people will love them. They work and are pretty nice..
