I would have given this mold 5 stars except the one I got that I finally just tried for the first time, left a few chunks of silicone on my resin I found after demolding. Disappointed in that. Now I need to get creative to cover those spots so I don’t have to trash the entire project! Other than that I love the mold.

Love this mold so much! I now have octopi all over my house. Its big, and turns out awesome, easy to demold.

I used a plaster like cast material and the detail was fabulous. The legs are a little fragile and broke upon release using that medium.

This is my second mold I have ever bought. I am very, very, very new to the resin craft world. So it is definitely learn as you go. I was actually surprised how easy the resin is to get out of thenOld. I was afraid I would break a tentacle and I did not. I bought eyes to add to the molds, eyes have really added a cool feature. The mold has been used about 10 times and each time resin keeps popping right out. The mold has held up equally well. I can see a long life using this mold. It's super cool and fairly large as well. I'm going to make hey holders and necklace holders out of a couple of them.
