So I ordered on the 2nd and received it on the 3rd. Unfortunately I was unable to use it to today. Went to make bagels and the first use the bag popped. I do not know if it was defective, had a hole from shipping or if I was too rough with my dough kneading. I plan on ordering more cause I like the capacity. It allows me to make double batches of my bagel recipe compared to my bread machine.If I had to guess. It was most likely user error.

This was so much fun making bread. One tip is when you first begin to mush it all around in the bag, be careful where you point the opening or make sure it is pinched shut. I got flour all up and down me, as it shot out with my first kneading. I ended up using 6 cups of flour (winging the recipe), which yielded four small loaves of bread. That would probably be two loaves of regular-sized bread. It's the best bread I've made in a long time. This is one of the best kitchen tools I've come across in a long time.

This bag is great. It is sturdy, washes up great, is easy to dry, and holds so many different things. Every time I buy bulk flour at the food coop, the cashier comments on how cool the bag is! It is worth the price and is better than washing all the plastic bags I used to do.

I originally intended it's use specifically for one kind of dough, but now it's just a staple. I dump all my ingredients into the bag, knead or slap for as long as required, then let my dough rise right in the bag. It takes me maybe 15 mins in total for most breads & my hands are perfectly clean & free.I've been able to pump out 8 servings of Pizza dough within the space of an hour with this bag & I'm strongly considering getting more for myself & to give as gifts. It's my favorite thing every & it lays perfectly flat in my baking tool drawer to boot. Simple perfection!Don't count on the tie being of any use though - damn thing snapped upon first use. It's not a huge deal for me though, I just twist the top of yhe bag before kneading. It's so large that I can fit 3 medium loaves worth of ingredients to be kneaded & still let it rise in the bag.If you're looking for a gift for the bread baker in your life, look no further. This thing makes my life SO easy! Let's be real, bread makers & mixers just break gluten bonds too easy. Handmade is best & this bag makes it about as easy as it can get.

I bought this for when I make Irish Soda Bread which I do often. I thought perhaps it would help me keep things cleaner but the dough stuck quite a bit to the bag and ut was a little awkward. I will try this a few more times, maybe I just need more practice, I can see that if you don't have a sticky dough it would work amazing. I'm not willing to give up yet. It washed fine on our top rack in the dish washer. Seems like it will hold a good amount of ingredients.
