It is a good size. I was worried about the quality. It's actually pretty nice. I was able to fit all of my cats stuff that I wanted to put in there, including two cat size blankets.

Very poorly made. The inside of the lid (the rim) isn't sanded smooth like the rest of the box and the finish is uneven. The same thing goes for the rim of the box itself. There are areas where the finish looks worn off and it's scratched on the front side. There's a small chunk of wood gone on one of the outside corners by the hinge. I purchased this as a memory box, to put toys and a small blanket that belonged to my cat that just passed away from cancer. I just can't bare to see his things every single day and it's the only reason stopping me from returning it and finding something different. I'm absolutely heartbroken with this purchase.

I wanted something masculine looking to hold all the momentos from my husband's funeral. It is very nice looking, masculine yet sentimental with the pretty gold inlaid heart on the top. It is the perfect size for the guest book and the cards and other items we received. Nice enough to display, although I don't because I just don't have a place to do so.

This was meant to be a gift, for holding memories from a wedding. It took so long to arrive that I don't really have time to get another item, which is frustrating. Wood is tough textured, pressed, and feels cheap. Not surprisingly with the wood quality, all of the screws are loose and won't stay in (see photos for how they looked on just opening packaging). Bottom of box is not felt - just a flimsy foam mat that is not attached. Not worth what was paid for sure.

I bought this to use as our memory box for our wedding. We were able to fit all our cards, our wedding itinerary, cake topper, and some of our favors in here. We also have an 8x10 photo printed and in the inside lid since there a spot for it. It's a beautiful looking box, seems pretty durable, and is a great size.
