The product photo shows the combination hot/cold graphic but the product that was delivered has the hot or the cold graphics and not the combo one that would be appropriate for a single knob install.

This is a great replacement handle, but It came with two caps, one for hot and one for cold. I needed the single cap H/C that's shown in the ad for a single-handle faucet. It will still work, but it's an OCD nightmare.

Perfect fit but they sent me a hot only insert and not a cold/hot insert, modified my old one to fit new handle.

The shower handle in my guest bathroom had broken, and silly me threw it away, thinking it'd be easy to just run to one of the two big chain home improvement stores to find a replacement. No luck. I tried a universal knob, but it didn't fit very well at all. As a last-ditch effort, I looked here and saw this handle for Valley faucets. Since the handle on my master bathroom garden tub fit the guest bathroom shower, I figured this would work. It did. Fit perfectly.
