This item met my need to have my bogos all mounted on my conga stand meant for this mount.I don’t need to bring another stand and take up precious space on stage. Sturdy item!

It wasn't what I thought it was when I ordered it so I sent it back, but it looked like it would work pretty well. Solid construction and good shiny surface. If I needed a rack mount for my bongos this is what I'd get.

The low ratings for this product are from people who ordered the wrong arm. They are rating their own discretion, not the product. If you have the Latin Percussion Aspire conga stand with the two screw holes at the top, this is your bongo arm. I love it. It's very strong and stable. The bongos are held in a perfect position for me (and fully-adjustable to whatever position YOU may prefer). If you play congas and bongos both, having them together on one stand is the way to go. Again, IF you have the LP Aspire slide-mount conga stand, order with confidence. This IS the bongo arm you want.UPDATE: In answer to a request, I've added several photos. They're grainy, and have a wrinkled-sheet background, but they show the arm better than the photo in the product description (which shows part of the conga stand too). Don't be thrown off by the fact that I'm one of those quinto/macho-to-the-right kind of guys!

The mount is manufactured well and sold by a great company, but not the one pictured at the time of purchase. The Strap-lock has no horizontal adjustment.

Is nice but i just upgraded to bigger set of congas and now my stand s different it dont mach all well but was on time

The product pictured in the description is the 4 bolt mounting system. The initial and replacement brackets I received were both the 2 bolt mounting system, which is not compatible.
