This item is made in China, and delivery is not on time. If you want a folding table, try someone else. I have waited over six weeks, and still no table.Amazon did not notify me that the table was lost or delayed. They have had my money for 2 months now. Sloppy Amazon, you can do better

A fold up table was necessary in the new laundry room. This table just fit the need. When down, it is very narrow and is not in the way. It is very easy to raise due to the mechanism. It is easy to lock in place. The table provides extra folding and sorting room for many clothes of varying sizes. It should last forever.

The shelf is a game changer. Our laundry room now has a folding table that can easily be Converted into a table and then folded down to hide it and keep it out of the way. Love this thing. Highly recommend it. Recommend trying to install at least one set of the screws into a stud in the wall that will make it that much more secure.

I would have given this a 5-Star Rating, but the Chinese instructions were less than adequate. Husband had to drill the holes. Laundry room and Pantry is small so this table being able to go up and down is awesome!!
