Review for Tivddikun blade balancing cone:Not too much surprise here: this blade balancer works well, will handle a very wide range of blade center holes. On top of that, it has a very pleasant ring when struck as a bell.

Price point good, didn’t expect how challenging it was to use. Works well though once you figure it out. Challenge is to keep it on the blade as it tends to spin off since a drill is used to power it. So if you find the right pressure it works okay.

This is a cast metal product, zinc and "?". The inside of the cone looks like it's been machined but that or the casting is not accurate. Even with no load the outer "bell" tilts off to one side when the base is on a level surface. If the bell is rotated, the tilted, or heavy side, rotates around to follow.

I've been using a blade balancer exactly like these for probably forty years and they do a superb job of balancing your blade. Quite frankly, I don't understand how anyone could do without one of these. The medal they are made of is very lightweight and very easy to handle. When I accidentally dropped mine and broke it, I found out how important it actually is. When I didn't balance my blade, my mower vibrated way more that it should and I'm sure that wasn't good for the mower. These balancers work so well, your blades will be perfectly balanced. It enhances your sharpening in that if your blade isn't balanced it tells you that you sharpened one side more than the other. I was so glad when I found these on Amazon because I was worried they weren't made anymore. One note of interest, my mower is now a Cub Cadet with the diamond pattern hole and this balancer fit it perfectly, no play at all. As far as I'm concerned, these balancers are priceless, making them a great value for the money, not matter how much they cost.

Single wheel only sharpens width of about 1/8-1/4” and cannot adjust it. Not as beefy as I expected. Took a LOT of passes to sharpen lawn mower blade. One of the wheels was cracked when I got it. The double sided wheel had, at best, average results, for sharpening machete, knife, and sickle blade.

I’ve been sharpening my own lawn mower blades for years and eyeballed the balance or used a nail in the wall. When I saw the Tivddikun blade balancer I decided to to up grade my process. This two piece all metal balancer did not disappoint. It’s extremely easy to use and eliminates the guesswork. The photos below are before and after cleaning and sharpening. This is an old blade thats been sharpened several times. The Tivddikun blade balancer helped me determine this blade does not need replacement. I recommend this blade balancer to anyone that sharpens their own lawn mower blades and wants a simple, accurate,and economical tool to check newly sharpened blades. Since this was a two pack I’m sure they will last a very long time.
