I had read there wasn't the correct fittings I figured I could made it work , but there was the correct fittings it bolted up and I cut the grass twice now. And the choke was on the side correct also

This is the poorest fuel pump I've ever held in my hand. the screws weren't tight and when I tried to tighten them is just pulled the threads completely out. Piece of crap. Don't buy. And I can't even send it back because I tried to fix it.Also was going to use it to rebuild the one I have that's original and the holes don't line up.

It leaked, and like another customer I replaced a stripped screw, front left, and the drip stopped. The Simplicity Sovereign with the Kohler 18hp K361 uses two 90 degree fitting but this seller provided only one which put a severe bend in the gas tank fuel line.

Installed and started leaking gas found one of the 4 screws holding it together was striped I replaced the screw with a thicker screw and so far not leaking not sure how long this will last if a friend would ask should I buy this pump I would say don't.

Good price, bolted up to my 18hp kohler on my power king and works however they should have included 2 of each of the fuel line adaptors. ( straight and 90°) they only include 1 of each.

This fuel pump was the best price I could find for a replacement for my JD 300 lawn tractor from 1975. The pump itself is plastic, as are the fittings. The supplied bolts did not match my machine. Once installed the tractor started right away and ran well. We'll see how long it lasts.
