4X. Little tight in neck. I think it will strech. I'm 19"+, Chest 50" fits good, Beer Gut 45" Good fit. Hip 44", 5'11" Hope this helps. 3x would have been to tight.

At 3mm, this wetsuit is good for cooler water. The quality seems good and the zipper is smooth. The fit is not great for me... it's plenty big enough but tight shoulders make it uncomfortable to swim in. Also, the bottom of the legs was kinda' tight because of the hem. It's better after I cut off the sleeves and a small amount from the bottom of the legs. I'm just using this for late-season swimming in my pool, so not very cool water (above 22C so far).

The stitching literally started unraveling after the first dive. After the second dive it had a hole in it where the stitching came apart. It fit like it should, the stitching was just poor quality. I returned it, but I did purchase another one hopefully the first was just a fluke and the second will be much better.

My husband loves this wetsuit. Easy to put on and take off. As other reviewers have stated it does run small, so we ordered a size larger. It stretches enough to get it on without compromising the cling to the skin. That worked out well. It is comfortable. It provides additional warmth. It’s a great wetsuit. I highly recommend it.

Very comfortable wetsuit for bigger people. I wear size 22 pants and 3x shirts while being 5'3" and this fit like a dream. I've had too many shorty wetsuits cut off circulation while diving. This one maintaimed a good seal for insulation without being too tight on the arms and legs. It has held up very well over several freshwater dives so far, I haven't taken it in saltwater yet. It is definitely not made as well as some pricer wetsuits I've seen in shops or done demos in, but this does all I need it to do without breaking the bank and that makes me happy. It's design is also flattering! Great buy for the price.

I am a large guy 6’2” 188cm, and 280 lbs 127 kg; and have somewhat of a liquid storage centre at the front. I ordered a 5XL based on all of the reviews. The product is well made, stitched well and great blue colour. It is very easy to get on and off. Zipper at back is really nice. I just added a small length to the existing cord so I did not have to pass the cord from one hand to the other around my arm and now can just grab the cord with either hand and reach around to pull zipper up or down. I could not be any happier with the product. I will be ordering this again when this one is worn, and to have a dry one on hand. I hope they are still available.

A bit too small yet. Really wanted 1mm but hard to find anything close to my size. Also would rather zipper up the front. Its now sept and it fits. It is the best thing ever. Only suggestion...make more this size and larger and in full body as well as shorty.

I think this suit is a very good value, and it is fairly well designed. It gets tricky when you're talking about a large person's size, proportions, and level of fitness. I am fairly fit, but I have a bit of a gut. That said, this fit fairly well all over except that the area below my bellybutton fit awkwardly loosely. It had quite a bit of a pouch, where I guess some men have a bigger belly. Anyway, I am opting for separate shorts with a separate top/vest.

I got my Layatone suit about three weeks ago. It is great! Finally I found a suit that fits me perfectly right out of the box. Over the years I have had many suits from different brands. Other suits are often cut to fit the model type, not real people. I am heavy but not too tall. I bought a 4XL and it is sooo comfortable. The thickness and warmth of the material are outstanding. The color and design are also very attractive. The price is absolutely fair for what you get. I recommend it highly. A single suggestion: the length of the zipper pull should be proportioned to the size. On my 4XL the pull was hard to reach and zip up. This is not a big deal. I put an extension and now it is easy to pull. The final endorsement: my wife saw that I was very happy with my purchase and she ordered a Layatone suit for herself!

I'm a big dude, 199 cm tall and weighing 140 kg (that's 6.53ft and 308 pounds). I had lots of problems finding any wetsuit that would fit me. Finally only on Amazon I found three which seemed the right size, at least going by charts provided on relevant webpages. After reviewing comments I decided to go with Layatone. I was not disappointed. For my size I ordered 'Layatone Wetsuit Shorts Men Premium 3mm Neoprene Diving Suit Keep Warm Wetsuits Women - Surfing Suit Snorkeling Suit Scuba Diving Thick One Piece Swimsuit - Wet Suit Men (Black, 6X-Large)'. I read the comments and decided that this size was best for me (especially comments about returning stock which was too small).Height was just fine, so a tiny little bit tight, as should be, but not too restraining. This is 6X-Large on a 199 cm man!My forward tactical ramming apparatus (aka beer-belly) was a bit tighter fit but it's neoprene, so with a little help from the missus initially, I got it on. Later it "evolved" to fit me and crucially... didn't rip. For the entire trip I had zero problems putting it on and off, zipping myself in and out as I saw fit. The zipping cord scared the (censored) out of me at one point underwater, but that's a story for another time.I've used this wetsuit extensively for 2 weeks in Red Sea. Nabq, Dahab, Sharm el Sheikh region. From 12th January 2019 to 26th January 2019. That included three scuba-dives in Ras Mohamed, numerous snorkeling in Ras Mohamed, one snorkeling in Dahab on the Moray Eel trail and almost daily snorkeling along Nabq reefs which are accessible via ~500 m long piers reaching out from almost every resort. There is no need for swimming trunks or any sort of underwear with this suit if you have a right fit. It covers your dangly bits just fine and when in the sun it hangs on quite well with the zipper unzipped and top part flapping about freely (note: For her wetsuit my wife uses a sports bra to... ymm... keep things in place). After some initial trouble with chafing from my usual swimming trunks and salt water, subsequently I just went around in this wetsuit doing the ~500 m marches from the beach to the reef in it, comando underneath the neoprene and no further chafing was inflicted anywhere. Which, as you can imagine, was a blessing.Water was usually 21-22C (that's around 70F) and after initial shock from going into the water it was warm later and I could swim around for even 2hrs without any discomfort. My dives were to the maximum depth of 6-7 meters and everything felt fine too. Zipper is in the back but it has a flap covering from the inside so I didn't feel any discomfort with one tank on me. Truth be told, I had buoyancy compensator on me along with lots of weights and possibly tank was resting mostly on the buoyancy compensator and this reduced any possible discomfort from the zipper. There was a distinct difference when comparing swimming around with and without the suit which was most noticeable with the suit when I was adjusting shorts of the suit. Due to some motion from swimming the seal part of the shorts part of the suit would grab more skin holding me in even tighter grip. Which is a good thing, actually. But from time to time I'd pinch the suit on my thigh and then let it go which had the effect of trapping a bit of water under the suit making it recede a bit and allowing more comfort. That miniscule gush of cold water against skin protected just a second ago by neoprene layer, gave perfect evidence how well the suit kept up my body temperature. The difference in temperature was VERY evident. At 21-22C it's perfectly ok to swim around those reefs without the suit but I'm 100% sure not for as long as I managed to roam around with the suit on. And I wouldn't try diving without it.Be sure to ballast yourselves correctly. Throughout the trip I felt I was ~2 kg of lead short for snorkeling and I didn't take any spares. It seems this suit adds a bit to your buoyancy. If you only hover on the surface with one of those new fancy masks on, then it's a non-issue, but if you want to dive down with a traditional snorkel and normal mask, then ballast yourselves beforehand or take some spares. In conclusion, I'm very pleased with my purchase.ps:If you take PVC covered lead weights for snorkeling in Egypt don't be surprised to have your bags up turned and inspected at the airport and a lengthy discussion explaining what these items are. Subsequently even my Samsung DeX Station became an object of heightened interest and I felt keenly observed until departure. Guess PVC covered lead weights are not that common yet there or somebody tried smuggling... er... gold? Hmmm...

I'm 5' 11" and 205 lbs. I had to exchange (at my own shipping expense) for two sizes up to 3XL, and it's still not perfect, but will get the job done. The XL fit my waist (and yes I'm a fat American, size 34), but was very tight around the crotch and hurt my shoulders and neck. It is clearly not made for taller people, because the new one is now looser around the waist, but still just doesn't feel long enough. After a few hours of white water rafting, my neck was starting to hurt. It definitely kept me warm and in fact is thicker than my friend's suit which is supposedly 3mm also.
