Seems better quality than other vendors in that the flat cables are the proper length and the touch screen worked out of box (with mine). Brought my Surface Book 1 back to working order without a shattered digitizer. Worth the money if you can get them from Amazon here w/o waiting for overseas shipping.

Read the details. Did not realize attachment from old screen was needed. Still worked. Was able to remove and use on the new. Be sure to have the proper tools before you begin the replacement.

I installed and right at the start, white spots on the screen. Resolution is not what they describe, my touchscreen is not working, and my pen moves to random places. Don't waste your time and money.

As title says, the screen itself seems to work fine. I am currently writing this review from the device that it was used on.The touch and pen features do not work, I did replace the the touch cable, thinking that I may have damaged the original in the screen removal, but that didn't solve the issue. There are certain areas that, at times, register a touch or show the pen tracking suggesting that the fault might be with the replacement screen.At the very least I have a working laptop again, sadly minus the Surface features.

This screen is an un-branded replacement that worked great on my Surface book. It looks identical form-fit-function.In terms of monitor functionality:- Resolution is spot-on 3000x2000- Color is Crisp and vibrant...no visible difference from OEM- Touch screen (including multitouch) is fully functional- Pen input works with this screen :)- Brightness is perfectly adequate...but seems a smidge dimmer than my OEM screenThis unit does not include the driver board or foam air-flow diverters...you will need to harvest these from your old screen. Be very careful not to bend the board when harvesting from the old monitor or you could damage it!!!Removing the old screen is a frustrating ordeal...be certain to thoroughly remove any residual adhesive tape! The provided adhesive was much appreciated and seems to be holding well.

The screen works great! Colors are good, touch works, so no real complaints. One of the ribbons did seem slightly off which made for a tight fit but it worked.My biggest mistake was not using the adhesive provided and throwing it away upon arrival. I thought I had good tape for this project but I was wrong. The tape I used just wasn't strong enough.
