For the most part the screen works - ie. it functions as a screen. However, despite several attempts to install it correctly, it never stays clicked in place and keeps coming loose at the hinge. Also, the touch screen never worked. Last night the screen cracked when the lid was closed under light pressure. This probably would not have happened if it would fit correctly.

This is a good touchscreen if you do not need the stylus pen. The price is good and the install was fairly easy. Definitely worth the extra money getting a touchscreen with the bezel attached. There are YouTube videos that will show you how to do the install. I was aware this was not Dell branded but I was not aware of the difference. It said replacement for Inspiron 7348 and I assumed that the touchscreen would do everything my original touchscreen did. It does not. I am not tech savvy enough to know all the different touchscreen technology. However, my Dell Inspiron 7348 came with a passive stylus pen that work with the original screen. After I installed this touchscreen, everything worked great except the stylus pen. I asked the seller about it and they confirmed that the stylus pen would not work with this touchscreen (see answered questions). The seller should have put this information into the description. If I would have known this, I would have shopped around a little harder for a Dell brand touchscreen before purchasing this one. However, what I have gathered after the fact, the Dell brand is much more expensive so I still would have reverted back to this one knowing that I would no longer be able to use the stylus. So, that is my reason for only four stars. If you do not require a stylus pen, than I highly recommend this touchscreen.

I was hesitant to order but took the risk since it was free returns. I was a bit worried because although I did have the square corners, my screen had a two hole metal bracket like in the rounded corners picture.This fit perfectly and has worked like a charm. A friend installed it for me and said it was one of the easiest types of screens to replace.Saved me a few hundred from replacing my entire laptop. Highly recommend!

I had given my old Inspiron 7348 2-in-1 to my brother, and his son's friend busted it. Bought this, snapped the old one out and snapped this one in. Fits like a glove and looks superb, just like it was never broken.

Amazing product. 1080P, No dead pixels, yet (If so I'll update this review.) Overall quality: A+. Fits all the OEM items and installation. Came in excellent packing. Highly recommend for broken screen replacement.

This laptop LCD is a true 1080p (1920x1080) screen, it is not 1366x768 low def variant.The laptop comes in a thick styrofoam packing so it is well protected. It includes the windows button at the bottom, but does not include the camera. You will need to port that over from your broken screen. The digitizer works excellently and the screen is bright and clear and has no dead pixels.
