I had to order a replacement because the first screen did not work at all. The second one worked for less than a day. The manufacturer customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. I was unable to reach them via phone and no one ever returned any of my emails. Thankfully, Amazon’s customer service is amazing. Although the 2nd screen was garbage as well, at least they did try to resolve the issue. Now I am out of money and still have a broken laptop. Do not waste your time nor money.

The screen was super easy to install. I used a guitar pick to remove my old cracked screen and double sided tape on the back of the replacement screen.There are numerous YouTube tutorial videos to help you along.All in all, the replacement took less than 20 minutes.
