You need a magnifying glass to read the instructions.The transmitter arrived with Chinese/Mandarin displays.To change over to English, you must enter SETUP, but there is no instruction on how to do this.HINT: To enter setup mode, turn transmitter OFF. Then hold the rotating dial down (so the switch is pushed) and simultaneously turn the transmitter ON.The built-in LCD display is tiny - and you must use it to program the transmitter.The top buttons (labelled C and D) are difficult to push while you're using a RC model. Indeed, all the side buttons are difficult to operate while running a model. They are more for turning a light on beforehand.The "Virt;ual Potentiometer" is only adjusted at setup time -- I can't figure out how to adjust it while running a RC model.Programming this is very frustrating, especially because the instructions are poorly translated, and are printed in miniature type.After 3 hours of trying to get this programmed, I gave up. I'm sending it back.

The controller is nice. Instructions are poor and translated badly, but eventually messed with it enough to understand what the instructions eluded to. That said, the receiver was bad which added to my confusion. It talks about lights on the receiver, yet the only lights I ever saw were on the remote control. Returning/replacing and hoping to get a working receiver on the next one. Control felt nice in my hand and was lightweight.

i love the aesthetic, it feels great and screen is a plus . my only concern is the turning knob over time, i fear it may become an issue and cause problems navigating the menu

Very cool remote and 18650 battery so if it dies can just put in fresh one or recharge it

Yeah its smaller than most transmitters. It's fits my large hands fine. It just takes up less space and weighs less. Those aren't bad things.The feature are awesome. The menu screens take some time to get used to. The led button lights are cool and not necessary.The telemetry requires you solder the leads into you rc. Be prepared for that.
