The side holder for the shower arm doesn’t stay held on very well so it is constantly turning once the shower arm is placed in it from the weight of the head. It’s basically impossible to tighten it either, and it started happening like after 24 hours. So I can’t angle the shower head and the arm when in the holder, since the one in the holder drops almost immediately after putting it in.

Worst product ever. There was water coming out from every crack. Even where the knob is. I returned it. I imagine there was something wrong on the inside as it wasn't properly sealed.

This was exactly what I was looking for and it did the job perfectly.

This is just as good as the Kes version, which is also excellent. I have one of each, used with Moen shower units and Oxygenics handhelds, and both have performed flawlessly, so far ( a couple of months). People complaining about this device may either have attached very heavy handheld units, or treated it too roughly (installation was a breeze, and completely leakproof with a little bit of Teflon tape). Still, maybe they're not suitable for households full of violent teenagers.....

Edit: 4 years, still works. My wife and I have been using this shower diverter for 2 years now and it has performed well for us. This is in our only shower so it gets used daily, and we switch between the settings fairly regularly. It is plastic, be warned, but so far this has worked well with no issues or leaks. We found this to be a great cost-effective replacement to keep our dual shower head going instead of having to buy a new one.

Works great. Needed a way to add an attachment so I could wash the dog in the shower. It's plastic not metal, but I don't use it very often and it's in a shower that is not used regularly, so it's not a big deal. Had it for several months now with no leaks or problems.

I bought this to use as a shutoff valve on the showerhead. I put a cap on the other output. Since it's plastic, I couldn't crank down hard enough on the cap to stop it from leaking. It's not bad, but it's cheaper plastic than it should be.As far as having two showerheads attached, it's fine. My parents have this so they have a handheld for washing the dogs, and it has not leaked so far that I noticed. The cheaper plastic still loses stars.

Read P Lee's review, it is exactly what I would say except that you can get a piece of crap from walmart from half the price and it looks like crappy plastic when you buy it. This on the other hand LOOKS like it is good but it it CRAP !!This is P Lee's review i copied:I have one of those large rainfall type shower heads and the wife wanted a handheld to help clean the tub. Purchased this shower diverter and a Waterpik handheld shower. The first problem with this diverter is that it spins at the joint where the diverter connects to the shower arm that comes out of the wall.Second problem is that the 'universal' handheld shower holder is not quite universal and my handheld barely fits. When you combine these two problems, every time you try to put the handheld back into the holder, the entire diverter spins and you are constantly adjusting the diverter back to its original position. The third and biggest problem is that its made of cheap plastic and under the weight of a decent sized shower head, the diverter leaks from the same joint that causes the spinning. Worked fine for a total of only 3 days, but now need to take everything down and return this diverter.
