Forms are great….but I ordered and paid for 4 packages and received only one! Contacted seller thru the Amazon “bot” and haven’t heard anything from the seller. I will update this review when the situation is resolved.

Arrived quickly and complete. Note that the disclosures are a separate product (I didn't have an issue with this, but I see that others have).

Totally misleading description. “Booklet AND disclosure forms”? Nope. Just booklets. Just plainly misrepresented. Don’t waste your time or money.... unless you ONLY need the booklets which are otherwise available for free, but HUD and EPA will definitely want to see the signed forms if audited.

My Dad's is an attorney, his printer was being repaired so he was thrilled to find out this pamphlet could be ordered and delivered in two days. They arrived better than if he printed them himself.

If you're a landlord and required to give these out to tenants you won't find a better deal!
