The Final Step in LeakProofing Your 6.0L Diesel!!

OEM and the other aftermarket nipple cups or "ball tubes", which are an integral part of the high pressure oil rail system on your 6.0, are made of a soft steel which wears quite easily. We spent over 2 years developing and testing a design which would not only never wear out, but also keep a leaking nipple cup seal from destroying your top injector seal as well!

Our Patent Pending design solves both parts of the existing problems with the OEM and Other aftermarket cups:

1: When your nipple cup seals start to leak, high pressure oil (ranging from 500-5000psi) follows the body of the nipple cup down to the top injector seal, wearing it away from the top down. This results in a high pressure oil leak large enough to keep your truck from starting(usually worse when hot). Our Leakproof design deflects any oil that might leak past a worn out or damaged nipple cup seal so that it WILL NEVER REACH THE TOP INJECTOR SEAL & CAUSE A NO START!!!

2: Our LeakProof Nipple Cups are also made of hardened tool steel which will not wear like the soft steel of the OEM and other aftermarket cups.

The nipple cup gaskets get loose over time and these are better than factory. I've done both sides of my 6.0 and my truck is running better than ever now! Would recommend. Next stop ARP head studs!

These Kits were exactly what I needed after I replaced my injectors. My old nipples were loose & the orings were getting hard luckily my injectors I had replaced b4 were still in good shape & the seals weren't damaged. The oil rails in my 03 I had off a few times b4 replacing a bad injector or 2 in previous years. I replaced all 8 & it's a good thing I checked my oil rails. Since I had them off it took no time to remove & install the nipples & orings with the tool. Then do the procedure from the Ford service manual to button it all up & bleed the air out of the system & good to go.

I had High Pressure Oil leaks in my sons 2005 6.0 Powerstroke at the oil rail where these cups are located. I ordered a much cheaper "crap" set to try and save money Of course they didn't work and still had leaks. I was skeptical so I ordered just one side ( 4cups and O-rings) just to try these out. And what do you know BAM no more leaks! I immediately ordered 4 more for the other side. So if you are seeing my review you must need these nipple cups. Just a quick tip, order the entire set all 8, as you will get the tool with them as well. Another small but important tip, make some alignment bolts so that when re-installing the oil rail it goes on straight and won't snag your O-rings in your injectors. I'm not sure why these get ANY negative reviews, maybe an issue with how they were installed? I highly recommend these to anyone needing them.

Don't be cheap and use regular, aftermarket cups like I did. 3rd time changing top seal I had enough. These are worth the money to not do it like I did... Over and over.

Good fit and alignment in oil rail. Put these in left hand side injector bank 50k miles ago, had a different brand installed on right hand side a few months before. Just had to redo injectors on right hand side. Other brand o- rings had failed. Now 100% HHC.
