My youngest has a developmental delay so I was purchasing anything and everything to help him gain the skills he needed. These are still a favorite of his. At first he could only pull them apart but now he is able to pull them together truly helped strengthen is gross/fine motor unsure which. They would also make a great gift as my older boys love playing with them too. They are a good size no choking hazards and easy for kids to figure out.Definitely simple but still entertaining.

The part where you connect them is a little rough there’s a gap there and can very easily pinch finger fat. Also is kind of hard to pull apart for me as an adult. Other than that great product.

I gave these to my son when he first started sitting and seeking something to handle. He was much younger than the recommended age then; even now he’s just past a year. He enjoys taking the dinos in and out of the bucket or closing the empty bucket and carrying it around. He has pulled the pieces apart and dropped them in opposite directions for a while (a boy thing?), and he’s finally attempting to put one pair back together occasionally. We have gotten a lot of mileage out of this toy already, love it!

Bought these for my daughters preschool classroom. They fit great in little hands are easy for them to put together. The dinosaurs have shapes painted on them but Little disappointed from learning aspect that the shapes to connect them are all the same. Would have been cute if the connector shape matched what was on their back. But the children love the mixing and matching if colors. So its a great fine motor toy but not so much a learning toy

This is a big hit with our almost 1,5 year old, he likes the colors and putting the dinos together in fun for him. He also likes to throw them in and out the plastic container they come in. The pieces are robust and large, so he can be left with them without fear of swallowing them. All in all a great toy for small toddlers.

Gorgeous little pairing exercise for developing gross motor skills. I was initially nervous that these would be too small as my youngest in still mouthing everything. As shown in the photo these are a grand big size so I needn't have worried. My two girls, aged 2 and 1 love these and play with them together. My 2 year old matches them and puts them together and my 1 year old pulls them apart, so these dinosaurs meet the needs of both ages.I plan to use the as inspo for an art project too where ill let the girls mix and match all the dinosaur parts so we get two toned dinosaurs and then we'll paint pictures of our very colourful dinosaur friends.Another activity you could use these for is to draw some dinosaurs on paper or card, get the girls to paint then two colours and then try to match the dinosaur parts to patch the paintings. The possibilitiesvwith these are endless. For older children you could use these to teach simple maths by assigning a value from 1 - 9 to each coloured dinosaur part (eg, blue =1, red =2) and then putting the dinosaurs together and working out the value (blue and red = 1+2) just an idea.
